For all purchases.  Effective June 1st, 2021

  • Any refund issued will be subject to a 5% fee, regardless of the reason for the refund.  This includes order cancellation.

For any purchase using Sezzle. Effective April 27th, 2021

  • Any refund issued will be subject to a 6.5% fee, regardless of the reason for the refund.  This includes order cancellation.

CURRENCY

  • The default currency is USD.
  • To select a different currency (MOBILE) - Open the drop-down menu located at the top of the page.  Open the Currency drop-down menu.  Select from Canadian Dollar, Euro, British Pound, or US Dollar.
  • To select a different currency (COMPUTER) - Open the Currency drop-down  menu located on the left side of the screen by clicking the +.  Select from Canadian Dollar, Euro, British Pound, or US Dollar.

SHIPPING POLICIES

  • Customers can select the shipping option preferred at checkout. 
  • Customers are responsible for any customs, duty, taxes. 
  • *Weight and Size Restrictions may apply – our shipping department will contact you to discuss subsidized shipping options. 

We do our very best to process all orders within 24-48 hours (Business Days only, we currently do not process or ship orders on weekends or Statutory Holidays).   

 

RETURN POLICIES

  • All sales are considered final unless product failures are due to manufacturer defect.
  • Customer has 30 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized by Koko & Claire and any associated shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Returns or Exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  (Any refund issued will be subject to a 5% fee, regardless of the reason for the refund.  This includes order cancellation.)
  • Absolutely NO returns/exchanges on discontinued, sale or used merchandise.
  • There are no returns/refunds/exchanges after 30 days. 
*Please note - we cannot guarantee how long your gel manicure will last.  While we will do our best to help you get the best result possible, there are no returns or refunds due to chipping or longevity of your manicure.
